With extensive experience in advocacy, L’Reece has successfully argued before numerous trial and appellate courts throughout Louisiana, including the prestigious U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Prior to joining Dodson Hooks, L’Reece served for over a decade as a federal law clerk in both the Middle District of Louisiana and the Western District of Louisiana, developing deep expertise in federal court procedure and jurisprudence. L’Reece gained experience on the defense side of litigation with NeunerPate in Lafayette, Louisiana, before joining Kenny Hooks and Jerry Dodson at Dodson Hooks.

Community Involvement
L’Reece is committed to developing future legal talent by serving as an attorney coach for high school mock trial teams. Under her guidance, several teams have advanced to state finals. She has also accompanied teams to the prestigious Angela R. Mathew High School Seminar Program sponsored by the Harvard Mock Trial Association in Boston, MA. L’Reece volunteers as a judge for LSU mock trial and Flory trial competitions. L’Reece is an active member of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, and serves on the Board of Baton Rouge Securities Co., Inc.

L’Reece contributes to access to justice initiatives. Her dedication to pro bono service has been recognized with an Outstanding Attorney Award from the Lafayette Volunteer Lawyers association.
